Registration now going on!
Classes begin the week of September 12, 2011 and run through the week of May 7, 2012
These classes will run for 30 weeks (with week 31 being devoted to dress rehearsals for recitals), and will conclude with end-of-year recitals for family and friends!
Tuition is $380.00 payable either in full at the time of registration or in 4 installments of $95.00 quarterly (check or money order; no cards), as follows:
1. With registration form (prior to September 12; registration begins August 29)
2. Week of October 10 - 2nd Quarter
3. Week of November 28 - 3rd Quarter
4. Week of February 6 - 4th Quarter; Final Payment
Tuition payable to Jennifer Cardin, 13 Tanglewood Drive, Dover NH 03820.
There is a $10.00 registration fee per student and a $10.00 recital fee per student.
Registration and recital fees are due at the time of registration, payable to Leddy Center, PO Box 929, Epping NH 03042.
There is a $5.00 per calendar day late fee for payments made after the due date.
For those in carpooling situations, we suggest mailing in your payment.

*Bear in mind that New Hampshire basically divides the state in two when it comes to the February vacation week so that the North Country isn't overwhelmed. We understand that this does not line up with all school systems, but it can't be helped. If your child is on vacation the week of February 20 and won't be in class, please let Miss Jen know.
CELEBRATIONS! (RECITALS) FOR MISS JEN'S CLASSES:

12:30pm - Advanced Musical Theater for ages 9-16 (has been meeting Wednesdays at 3:40pm)
Jennifer Cardin has acted all over the NH seacoast area and has been a "regular" actor at Leddy Center since she first appeared as Casilda in Gilbert and Sullivan's The Gondoliers in March of 1995. Some of Jen's favorite roles have been Cinderella in Into the Woods, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, plus the divine Sister Amnesia in the Nunsense series. Jen had a chance to perform her favorite role of all time: Lucy Harris in Leddy Center's July 2004 production of Jekyll & Hyde. Jen's recent roles include Nancy in Oliver! and Marian in The Music Man.
Born in California, Jen has lived in this area most of her life and loves everything New Hampshire has to offer. She graduated from the University of NH with a B.A. in Theater in 1994, where she was president of Mask and Dagger (a student-run theater organization). Her studies included a musical theater workshop, acting (learning various theater games, performing scenes and monologues), Education through Drama, which taught many different ways to incorporate drama in a classroom setting, costume design and construction, jazz and tap dance, and modern dance. While at UNH, Jen directed the musical Godspell, and was assistant director of the UNH Mainstage Children’s Show, A Tree With Arms.
Jen loves working with children and at present is working at Epping Elementary School, where she is a Special Education Assistant to 1st-3rd grade classes.

WEDNESDAYS (beginning September 14th):
3:40 to 4:40 - Advanced Musical Theater (for ages 9-16)
If you have taken one of Miss Jen's classes before or have prior performance experience this is the class for you! Students will do a lot of the performing and theatre games that they have learned in previous classes but move at a much faster pace. There is a lot more to prepare at home; songs, monologues, character studies...etc, and the students will perform in a mini musical on the Leddy Center stage as well, at the end of the year in May! Permission is required by Miss Jen ( jlcbelle@hotmail.com ) to enroll in this class. :)
